Beaverton store manager Randy’s passion, experience, compassion, and commitment cannot be overstated. With 26 years in the industry – 24 of which have been here at Haven – he’s uniquely qualified to answer the most challenging questions and come up with creative solutions for one-off situations. His unflagging enthusiasm, warm personality, and exemplary customer service skills are the benchmark for our team. He loves the camaraderie of the Haven team and enjoys spending time with everyone. Randy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Carol, for 44 years, and their 2 children and 2 grandchildren are the lights of their lives. Not quite empty nesters, they still share their home with Sierra the dog and Luna the cat. When asked what his favorite thing about Haven is, his immediate answer was the people – he thoroughly enjoys customers and employees alike. The feeling is mutual, Randy! You’re the best!
