We bought a hottub here in December 2024 from the showroom which was delivered about 3 weeks later. Timing was perfect as we needed to prepare the site for the hottub. Haven’s delivery team was fantastic, 3 people showed up including someone who was able to explain clearly how everything worked and they gave us a starter pack of chemicals to help maintain the tub. Getting to the site was a little tricky, but the delivery team was well equipped and their delivery questionnaire were clear on the clearances they needed. They can help find an electrician if you need one as well. Thanks Haven we love the tub!

Haven Spa has excellent customer service. They took on my older spa when others refused. They also made extra effort to get me on the schedule. Shawn did a great job showing me and explaining the needed repairs. He also made the extra effort to get my spa running and usable until the needed part arrives for replacement. Haven Spa Pool & Hearth are excellent! They are my go-to for anything spa!

‘Service was excellent across the board, 10/10 no notes. Was reminded of my window the day before. Technician texted when en route and arrived early in the window. He was exceedingly professional, respectful of our home, worked efficiently, delivered exceptional results for a great price, and provided really helpful information. Would absolutely recommend!! We just moved in to a new home with three 20-yr old gas fireplaces that were never (ever, even once) serviced, and where none of them were functional. Each of them now look and work like new and only one of them needed a new interrupt switch. Our technician also found the original manuals for each fireplace, labeled them, and set them aside for me to collect in our house binder.’

We recently purchased our first hot tub from Haven Spa. Purchasing on impulse I was a bit nervous about style and brand. Randy our salesperson was knowledgeable with an approach of understanding our budget and space limits quickly put us at ease with the purchase of our Artesian a Santa Cruz model. They did a pre-survey of our landscape and delivery. The two-person team Steph and Julio were very professional, efficient and more importantly never left a trail of dust or debris at any time during the installation.. Once installed I received the best service from Bobby and Morgan regarding the maintenance of my spa and believe me, I had many questions. They have been a huge lifesaver to this first-time tub owner. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say how great it has been dealing with your entire staff. I shopped around many stores in the Portland-Beaverton area and by far, you people were the friendliest and most knowledgeable from the moment I came in the store. My next-door neighbor had recommended them because of the great experience he has had (he just upgraded and raved about the service). I first bought a small hot tub because I didn’t know if my family would really use it enough. After 30 days we realized we should have bought a bigger one. Haven offers a 60-day upgrade policy and was fast to recommend a new tub that fit our family needs and get it ordered for us. We only had to pay the difference in cost. Our installers Steph and Justin were also super helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company!!
