Flat rate per visit for labor up to 1 hour includes:
- First visit:
- Hose off tarp/pool cover & leave it out to dry for customer to fold & put away
- Reconnect all equipment, scrub walls, start vacuum, use RX or Drop N’ Vac and leave it in the pool for flocculant to take effect
- Second Visit:
- Vacuum
- Balance water chemistry using customer’s chemicals
*Technician will advise when drain & fill service is recommended*
Routine Pool Maintenance Visit – Offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Flat rate per visit for labor up to 1 hour includes:
- Remove & clean filters OR backwash sand filter
- Skim water for debris
- Brush walls & floors
- Vacuum
- Check & balance water chemistry using the customer’s chemicals
- Check controls & operation
- Provide pool maintenance education
*Technician will advise when drain & fill service is recommended*
Pool Closing
Flat rate for labor up to 2 hours
- Typically one visit
- Skim/vacuum pool if needed
- Plug the skimmer and returns
- Blow out the lines
- Remove all drain plugs from the equipment and drain out the equipment and put plugs in the pump trap
- Add winterizing chemicals
- Cover pool
